Halitosis Hell

Ok guys, I need help... So far I'm a pretty happy girl... I had surgery on Friday, I'm down 15 pounds already and loving my choice to revise to the sleeve every minute.... Except the bad breath. I have NEVER had this issue before, but recognize this as a common occurrence with ketosis and extreme diet modifications. When does this go away and how are you dealing with this? It doesn't seem to matter how many times I brush, swish and spit, or if I eat twenty sf mints a day nothing helps... Frustrating.

Hang in there. It sucks, but resolves on it's own when you're eating a healthier and more balanced diet.

I had to use listerine to help with that. It wasn't as bad after swishing around with it. It will get better with time.

I am having this same problem. Is it ok to use those strips if I'm still on liquids?

I'm sure the strips are fine as they dissolve in your mouth and you're not actually swallowing them. I brush three to four times a day, and almost always have a mint in my mouth... Hope this goes away soon! My poor boyfriend! LOL
