WOW SRT8, that's impressive weight loss!

You might want to put tags around your ticker, so that you don't have to click on it to see it.

Nice bosoms, Bimbabe!!! We better hear tomorrow, dangit. I do NOT wanna hear on 9/11!

Sickntired,

My exercise routine:

MWF 30 minutes on a recumbent bike plus weight training.

TTH 45 minutes on the bike only.

Diet:

MetRx MRP for breakfast (sometimes a serving of oatmeal, with honey)

Snack: Sugarfree Jello or Sugarfree Jello Pudding, sometimes a serving of applesause or some type of fruit

Lunch: Something vegetarian plus protein or if I'm in a hurry I'll have a Clif Builder's Bar (20g protein)

Dinner: Sometimes soup but usually whatever my wife cooks for the kids: I just have a smaller portion.

Before bed: 20g to 40g MetRx protein. Sometimes Beverly International protein or Universal.

Vitamin: Bariatric Advantage wafers.

Water: Throughout the day and especially after protein.

I sometimes feel that 80 pounds in 3 months may be too much, but on the other hand I'm glad it's gone!

Hello! I too am from GA! I am new and seeking info about creditable doctors in the area. Plz help someone.

I think most dr.s are OK. There is one in Albany, however, all all very expensive. The dr. in Albany charges around $17,000 and has only done about 400 operations. My dr. in Juarez Mexico had performed nearly 5,000 operations for $7,500. I had no complications.

SRT8 - it needs to begin with [url. After you put the string in your signature, you can click on "preview signature" at the bottom instead of posting into a thread. ;-)

Somewhere there's a sticky on tickers also. FYI

I chose Dr John Daly from Northside I just love him!!!:)

There are many wonderful doctors in Ga. I chose him for his wonderful beside manner and the hospital has a great support group.

tainabj - What part of GA are you from. Like someone said there's quite a few around Atlanta, if you're down south there's Dr. Bagnato who has been doing this for quite a few years. The dr in mexico might have performed more, but he's a long way to go if you have complications, which do sometimes happen. If you go to mexico you also have trouble getting fills (depending where you live) most doctors won't even see you if you've been banded in mexico. Finally, some doctors (like Dr. Bagnato) give you free fills and unfills. As long as I go to Palmyra hospital in Albany I have life time fills at no cost. Finding someone local can be quite reassuring. Good luck.
