Interesting Observation

I don't know if this is just me or if others notice the same, but it seems that I get fuller much more quickly when eating out compared to when I make my meals. Not that I can eat much to begin with anymore, but even after a couple bites at a restaurant, I begin to feel the restriction and fullness. Anyone else notice a difference?

I have noticed that myself! Maybe it just seems quicker because I want to eat more. Restaurant food always tastes so much better than my own cooking! Haha

I noticed that as well. I seem to be able to eat abut 1 cup of my normal homemade food, but last night I had 2 big stuffed mushrooms (which was about half of what I normally eat) and I felt bloated. It could be all the extra salt that is added.
