I am a 34 yr. old male that is unfortunately (in my opinion) grossly over weight. I am 5'7" an 315lbs. I know what fitness is due to being prior service but because of injuries I cannot be as active as I want to be. I have been thinking about surgery for almost 2 years now. I know it is a life altering event in many ways, I just kinda feel that maybe I am to young for this. Also after the recovery period how active can someone be? Just trying to find answers. Anyone have any?
