  1.    finally on my way reacted to a post in a topic: Debating sugery
  2. I am a 34 yr. old male that is unfortunately (in my opinion) grossly over weight. I am 5'7" an 315lbs. I know what fitness is due to being prior service but because of injuries I cannot be as active as I want to be. I have been thinking about surgery for almost 2 years now. I know it is a life altering event in many ways, I just kinda feel that maybe I am to young for this. Also after the recovery period how active can someone be? Just trying to find answers. Anyone have any?
  3. Thanks for the info. I just didn't know if I had to be limited. I would like to get close to as active as I was in the military if I have the sugery.
  4. Does the sugery slow you down or can you be as active as you want after recovery?
  5. I'm 33 years old and an Iraqi war vet. I was hurt in service an have gained to much weight!!!! Because of my injuries it is really hard to exercise. Because I am still "young" I don't know if the sugery its right for me. Can anyone help?
