STALL!

I am 9 weeks post op. Surgery was 10/14/13. Started eating food November 21st. Been in a stall since then, losing 2 lbs, gaining 2lbs, not really going anywhere. Eating small 3-4 ounce meals 3 times a day, have a Protein drink once a day, have small applesauce once a day, drink caffine free coffee with splenda once a day. For my Water, I am actually drinking sugar=free Jello water, its flavorful, 40 calories for the whole package and provides 4 grams of protein. Not able to exercise much as I am driving and sitting at my job in a call center for 14 hours of the day. WHEN WILL MY STALL END!

I suspect its the same as if you are flying and find yourself in a stall. Just relax, let the pressure off the controls and let the nose ease forward. Sometimes the solution happens on its own. Otherwise....PANIC !

I'm 9 weeks out, too, and in stall for about 3 weeks or so. Someone suggested I wasn't eating enough and drinking enough, so I'm trying to up this. I've heard people say to up the carbs for a day or two to shock your system. Others say stay the course, keep calm and carry on.
