Where can I find charts and spreadsheets?

Hi all,

I was sleeved on 12/16/13 and I'm currently looking for charts and spreadsheets to use to track weight, Fluid intake, Protein intake. medicines, etc. All of the beginning stuff that a recently sleeved person would need. I've found one chart in the topic of Measures, Measures, Measures but my computer doesn't seem to like it and wont let me do some of the necessary changes. Is there a way that I can find charts and spread sheets people have already set up? I'd hate to make a new one and have it be so-so (my excel is a bit rusty) then to have one that wors really well that someone has already made.

Thanks!

Krys

Yea I've used it before but its confusing and frustrating for me and I'd like to have all my information into an excel spread sheet. I don't want to "reinvent the wheel" by making a spread sheet if someone has a great one already.
