Holiday Eating

His season is very frustrating but great all at once. My brain is saying eat more and more. My stomach is like nope! I need to choose smarter. I forget to plan my strategy and eat something with bread and I'm done! Also remembering to eat slow and SMALL BITES!!! The hardest is saying no. Thank goodness for m boyfriend. He pulls the plate away from me and eats my leftovers when family members disregard your instructions and fill your plate. 3 weeks and the holiday eating will be done.

Funny, after 4 or 5 bites I feel like Violet Beauregard from Charlie and the chocolate factory. On the upside I broke the 250 barrier!!! 49 lbs until the 100's!!!!
