I went in for VSG and ended up hernia repaired plus my gallbladder removed. I pray this the last time I ever have any abdominal surgery. I am respiratory compromise just a little bit so I'm still do my breathing exercises at home, gotta get these lungs cleared.

Staff at the hospital were absolutely phenomenal. The best thing has been warm decaf tea, Unjury chicken broth (taste isn't greatest but has protein and it's warm) and Isopure grape and punch today flavored.

Hang in there ! It will get better.

That's a lot to have done in one surgery. I hope you are feeling better.
