I am in MA. They have to "review my case" before I can be approved. I have no idea how long it takes. I am hoping for surgery in late January.

Just got the call today that I was approved!!! So excited!! I meet with the surgeon Thursday for consult and to pick a date!!! Have you heard anything yet?

I saw my surgeon, Dr Schneider, in Boston, MA yesterday and was cleared for surgery. Surgery date is 2/24. I need to lose 10 lbs before then, and pre op diet starts two weeks prior. I am excited and nervous! 2 months and counting! Have you heard anything yet?

Well I got a call today from my surgeon office onley to tell me that insurance needs a letter of of approval from my pcp as soon as I get thatci will be approved
