It's the cold weather here, I've been craving nice, hot cream soups! Any one have any low carb options for things like broccoli cheddar soup, chicken and dumplings, potato soup, etc.? I've already made chilis and broth soups. Although a spicy broth soup recipe would be nice too!

I've been craving that too. My favorite is broccoli cheddar from panera. I tried making one home with protein, but it was horribly unsuccessful. I hope someone can shed some light here and give a recipe that not only has low carb, but a decent amount of protein too.
