Pain On The Left Side

I was sleeved on Nov. 18. All has been good and I have progressed well. Starting yesterday I started to get pain on the left side of my stomach. About 2 inches up from my incisions in the left side and under my rib cage I have such serious pain when I move. Feels like a serious stitch like when you run too much. Does anyone have this same pain?

I don't know. I'm a teacher and today we did a lab. I was on my feet all day moving and twisting around the classroom. Now this pain is so intense if I twist and each time I step with my left leg. The left side is where our stomachs are and that makes me nervous. I feel better when I can push in which makes me think it is the stomach wall healing - muscular pain instead of sleeve issues. Called my dr and asked and the first question they asked me was if I was swollen. But I've been swollen since the surgery and expected to be for 2-4 weeks out. Ugh. I don't know.

Im 6months out...had that same pain was told it a stitch from it surgery and when it pops you will not feel the pain anymore...u will just notice u can turn from side to side in bed with no more trouble ..

Oops it stitch to muscle to prevent hernia thats why it hurts when u twist or turn but it will disolve and u wont feel it anymore...
