4 Weeks Out

I am on the "mushy" diet. I am down 21lbs. I Haven't loss a pound this week and I am ok with that. I am slowly telling family members about my surgery and some are supportive and some are not. I am ok with that too. I can't wait to start back at the gym, and swim in a pool. I am so excited for my new life. I am proud to have patience with this, but by summer my goal is to be a lot smaller, and able to ride on rides with my girls!

Congrats on ur weight loss. You sound like me. I have yet to get my surgery, but one of the things I'm looking forward to is getting on the rides with my kids. This past weekend we went to an amusement park & I constantly had to wonder if I would fit! Not cool! You keep up the good work!

My favorite thing is going on walks with my kids. My son gets particularly excited about walking with me and takes advantage of this time to talk his little head off. Other times getting him to talk is like pulling teeth. I knew I would be able to do more with my children after weight loss but I never expected the closeness it would bring to my son and me. Beautiful.
