First Post Op Post! Sleeved On 11-12-13

Hello friends! Today is my first day back to work and my first POST op post! Tomorrow i am 3 weeks out. My surgery went very well, my surgeon said that my liver had shrunk down nicely The walked me into the OR and when i got on the table i suddenly began to cry out of fear. The next thing i remember is waking up in recovery.

all in all i would say my recovery is going really well. I had horrible, terrible despicable gas pains for the first 2 weeks, the pains went all the way up to my shoulder and walking and gas x did not help not one bit. other than that i was only in the hospital overnight. I didnt have too much other pain, just more like discomfort and soreness. as of today i am down 28lbs so i am 229 now.

I lost 15 on the preop and 13 since the surgery. i was a little disappointed with that, but i also did just get a visit from aunt flo yesterday (TMI) so im hoping thats the issue and that i havent stalled already.

That sounds great. I didn't have much gas pains but I was also taking gasX regularly to prevent it. How does it feel to be back at work? I know I was back after only 7 days lol. But I also have a cushy office job.

I was like that my first days too. Are you taking your vitamin B? I know that really helps me.
