One Day Post Op

Everything has been going really well--except everytime I try to take a drink/sip of anything I get terrjble gas bubbles in my throat/chest that won't go away until I burp like 15 minutes later. Did anyone else experience this type of pain?

Congratulations on your surgery Hanna,, I have not had my surgery yet but from everything I've read and been told, the gas bubbles in the throat and chest are pretty common. Good luck and hope you get some relief.
