First time posting, but just had to share. After starting this journey way back in late Aug., this week I finally received insurance approval and my surg. date is set for Dec. 16th! My goal was to get it done before year end - yay! I'm super excited. . . and a bit scared.

Looking forward to starting 2014 with my sleeve and a new lease on life!

Any tips, pointers, advice, and prayers are appreciated!

Yes stay focused and follow the Doctor's orders. Continue to eat a lot of fruits veggies and incorporate a lot of water. Get in the habit of exercising but make sure u have different regiments. Continue to reach out for our support and don't look back. Congrats on the journey to a new you.
