Crock Pot Pork Loin

2 or 3 lb pork loin

2 cloves garlic

1 c. Chicken stock

1/2 c balsamic vinegar

1/4 c soy sauce

1/8 c worsteschire sauce

1/4 c. dijon mustard

1/2 c honey

Salt/ pepper

1/2 t. red pepper flakes ( optional)

Combine all marinade ingredients

Cover pork in marinade...put in bag and marinate for three to five hours

Add entire contents to crockpot

Cook on high 4/5 hours or on low for 7/8 hours

I served this with mashed cauliflower and sauteed green beans

Yummy!
