I Cheated :(

Day 9 of my liquid diet and I cheated big time I had a stressfull day so I, ate a bag (2oz bag) of your dill pickle potato chips, which was delicious. A few pieces of peper jack cheese and some Turkey I feel like a failure.

Did anybody else ever cheat?

It's okay...you are not the first person ever to cheat at this!!

What you are describing sounds reasonable for your first (and hopefully only) cheat. Only the chips are questionable since they don't provide nutrition, but based on the calories I say you are okay if you just keep on track from here.

I was able to eat one small meal a day when I was on my pre-op, that was a life saver for me.

Good luck and don't get yourself down, you need to stay positive so you can keep up the good work =)

whats done is done.......just do better now..and til surgery

drink more, use your free items, (sf popsicles were my saving grace)

stay busy, read a book, take a bath, have sex.....remember

why you started this...to lose weight and get healthy..you CAN do this.

Just start fresh. You got this.

You can do it! Be strong. It does get easier. :)

I didn't cheat I was too scared my dr would cancel the surgery because my liver wasn't small enough.

But whats done is water under the bridge.... Recommit and stick to it. Good luck
