2.5 Months...stall

I'm 2.5 months post now and stuck at 53lbs down. I've been eating a bit more but not a ton. I'm not really discouraged but interested to hear how long stalls have lasted for everyone. Thanks!

Longest stall I have had so far is just over a month. Stick with the programme - protein, water and moving... And you have the right attitude, don't stress, this too will pass :-)

3 weeks for me was the longest so far, but I tend to only lose 1-2 lbs a week. Don't get discouraged, just keep at it and eventually it will budge.
