Im 8 weeks out today. Sometimes after eating I get very very nauseous for about 20/30 mins. Am I eating too fast, too much or the wrong foods?

Too many variales in play to tell. You have to do some testing to know. Try taking a food that made you sick before and only eat like an ounce over 20min. If it makes you sick, then its the food.

Maybe. Could also be dairy.

I had progressively worsening nausea and didn't put two and two together until I was in misery all day, every day. Dairy got me every time. If this could be it, try a lactose free shake or doing a day without dairy and seeing how you feel.
