No Weight Loss Day

I had surgery on 11/1. So far I've lost 24 pounds and have lost consistently every day. This morning, the scale said exactly the same as yesterday. Is it normal to have a day so early on without a scale drop? I'm really not worried about it - I was just not expecting it until maybe the end of next week. Fwiw, I am struggling to get in both my protein and my water. I can get one or the other, but if I aim for both, I fall short on both.

It totally normal. I have the same thing happen to me. Drop consistently then stall for a day or two. No big deal. Focus on your hydration first and foremost. If you are being brutally honest with yourself and following your doctors plan then trust the process.

It happens to me more so lately. Mine depends on how much I'm drinking and (tmi) whether I'm pooping.

I am still on full liquids. I'm only taking in between 400-500 calories at this point but I'm ok with that as long as I stay hydrated. And yes, I am being honest with myself. I didn't go to the extreme measure of having 85% of my stomach surgically removed in order to cheat. That's just now how I roll.
