I've gone from wide to average. But same overall size.

HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 198

I went from a 10 wide to a 9 regular

So far I've gone from a 9 1/2W to a 9W but they're getting loose. I may need to go to a 9 regular or maybe an 8 1/2W. I'm hoping to get to an 8 1/2 regular, which was my size before my first pregnancy 28 years ago. :-)

I read on here where someone went from a 11 to a 7. Idk, I can see going from wide to average. I hope my feet do shrink some because I'm an 11 now. LOL

they HAD to be getting bigger shoes for the width...thats a crazy size change!!!

That's what I thought. I don't see how they would shrink 4 sizes.

Unless their toes fell off!!! New RNY complication :D I can see maybe a size, possible 2 of you're super heavy but I just can't imagine more. It's AWESOME being in non-wide shoes though!!! So many more to choose from, and cheaper! I really hadn't expected that little gem but totally loving it!

I went from a 7w to a 6.5 regular...but the real change that i see is that I'm able to wear high heels for a whole day now, not just for a couple of hours! I'm much more comfortable in them than I used to be.
