Charly horses! Ouch

I wake up most every night with charley horses in my calfs and/or feet. I've never had this problem before and hurts like hell! Any insight would be appreciated. I'm almost 8 months out.

    I had the same thing!!! Hurt like heck too. I drank the vitamin waters that had lots of potassium and it went away.
