Self pay

Hi I am supposed to get my surgery on March 16th by Dr. Ortiz. My problem is I am paying by credit card and Paypal won't let me send more than $2000. Has anyone had a similar problem. I am stressing out really bad. Please help. Anyone that has used Dr. Ortiz?:help:
