I am 2 weeks, 2 days post op. Today I was able to get 70g of protein but 1000 calories. The majority came from mashed potatoes from whole foods. Is that normal? It worries me I can already be eating that many calories. My doctors rule is 60g protein, less or equal than 1200 cal. That said, it just seems too soon!
Also, I have always been hot natured but this week my feet are FREEZING as are my hands...is that normal? I appreciate y'alls insight. This community is quite impressive & I already appreciate all you've shared in your posts!
