Having a Hard Time

Okay so the past few days have taken a toll on me. I can barely get in my protein and water. My stomach tightens up after a few sips and it's quite painful. I've been sipping for the past few days. I have no energy to do anything. I am able to get my vitamins and supplements. I ordered Unjury and it will be here tomorrow. I got Mocha, Chicken Soup, Vanilla, and a couple packets of strawberry sorbet. My doc recommended it as it is not as thick as regular protein shakes and he also said that I should be drinking whey protein isolate, not concentrate. The scale hasn't moved since my last loss. I try not to weigh everyday but you know how that is lol. I promised myself that I won't weigh again until next Wednesday. I had my sleeve done Oct 30th, a little over a week ago. My doc said to give it one more week and I should be on track since my body is still healing. What do you guys think? Any advice? Comments? Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Take a deep breath - that's how I remember it feeling too. Sounds all very normal. If you get dehydrated go get IV fluids. Sip sip sip. I had a little shot glass of beverage with a goal to finish it in 15 minutes. It was work to drink at first.

I found that warm herbal teas went down easier than Water.

It's so hard but jt will get easier

Your stomach is sill mad at you. Doc is right, it will come around. The protein and water quota is in an ideal world. Your angry tummy does not think the world a happy place at this juncture and is oppositional defiant. It will soon come to grips with reality and embrace the fact that sleeveworld is the new normal.

I also had surgery on Oct. 30 and having a very hard time, I cannot get in all the liquids. Feeling very weak and tired, I am down almost 20 pounds since surgery. I did wake up this morning feeling a lot better. Hoping I can get in the liquids today.
