I told my PCP about my decision to have WLS today. She was amazing and thinks it is the best decision ever! I just love her! She told me should would send all my documents asap, and if I need anything further just call. She also ran the labs I need for pre-op clearance. She also ran some of her own "so we can see how they improve after surgery". Found out yesterday that I passed my psych evaluation (good thing since I am a psych nurse)! So, all I am waiting for is approval from insurance. Is this really going to happen?

I have passed all my test. Psych and all. I was finally submitted to my insurance company yesterday for surgery. I can hardly wait to hear back from them and finally get a date for surgery. That way when all these people ask when are you having surgery I will have a date for them. Hope you hear something soon.
