Hello... Just over 2 years

Well, It's just over 2 years, how are you all maintaining? All's good here. I do notice if I'm lax on taking my vitamins, I sure do feel tired & crummy! I would rather take the vitamins than the meds I was on!!!

I wore a bathing suit for the first time in over 30 years this summer!
