sleeping position

I am regularly a stomach sleeper. I am only 5 days post-op. Will I still be able to sleep on my stomach eventually? I ask this because on my 3rd day I woke up on my stomach and with acid reflux.

It took me about 4 weeks to sleep on my stomach. I got a body pillow and slept on my side cuddling it and draping my foot over it and that seemed to work but I had to lay on my right side to do it. But the first two weeks I slept in the lazy boy recliner as that was much more comfy

I am three weeks out...just started sleeping on my stomach about four days ago, I can tolerate it for awhile, but then have to roll over. No reflux, just know it's time. But if I can fall asleep on my stomach I'm good to go!
