My NUT said 1/2 cup of cheerios is okay. There's no sugar. I eat them a couple times a week just to break the monotony of eggs. Sometimes, I have a 1/2 banana with them.

Ok. Thanks ..

I occasionally have one of the Kashi high protein cereals. Special K makes one too.

I have eaten a bowl of cereal and milk almost everyday my entire life. I love cereal. I will never have it again for fear of opening up pandoras box. All or nothing for certain things like cereal and soda. Crazy thing is I'm totally fine with it. Most cravings go away within a min.. stay strong

Special K has protein cereal that is amazing! I eat it almost every day. For 1/2 cup of skim milk and 3/4 cup of the cereal it is 160 calories and about 15g of protein. LOVE IT

I like to have Original Fiber One once in a while. I like it for the fiber and usually mix it in with some Greek yogurt.
