Not happy

I have read that week 3 is a slow week but I am on week 5 and no weight loss in 2 weeks. I am barely eating and it's hard to get down more than 1 protein drink. What am I doing wrong. So many others are down 30 or 40 pounds by week 5 I am only down 20.

Everyone is different. How many times are you eating a day? I eat about 5-6 times a day every 3-4 hours. Also you getting all your Protein and Water in? This could slow things down as well.

I wouldnt read to much into it just follow your doctors orders and if you havenet start doing some type of work out.

I had a seven week stall. Everyone is different and you just have to either try different things or go with the stall. It will work.. Just be patient

From my years of experience with various diets and physical trainers...I saw a red flag in your post.

You said you were barely eating..and that maybe why you're not losing. If you don't get in enough Protein, your body will go into starvation mode. You have to get your protein in somehow. As others have noted, spread your meals out during the day, eat very small multiple meals if it helps.

Good luck.

I also eat 5-6 times a day 2 to 3 ounces at a time. You may need to up your calories so your body gets out of starvation mode.

Bingo.
