Hormoes Gone Wild......

I’m 2 months post-op and have lost 37 lbs. I’m physically feeling great but I feel like my hormones are way out of balance. I get stressed really easy now. Anyone else feel this way and if so what have you tried that has helped?

I was told by my doctor that when you lots of weight quickly the fat lost releases hormones which can make you emotional and irritable. I know I experienced that when I was losing weight quickly with WLS round one. I recently revised from the band to the sleeve and expect to be experiencing the same again soon.
