Alright well anytime I have asked for advice on the canadians threads no one even bothers to respond with a hello let alone give advice but I'm desperate so I'll ask again any way.

I can't find an Incentive spirometer anywhere. The only places that will ship to me are in the states and will take too long to get here. I desperately need one. Where did any of you get yours?!

I have checked every pharmacy in the city, contacted respiratory clinics, online searches and I am BEYOND frustrated!

I did try all of those options, no one had them. Luckily I found one through a respiratory clinic.

Canada here as well, I had my surgery in Mexico back in Sept. Right after Surgery they gave us one.

I too am Canadian(from Ontario) and went to Mexico September 2012 to have my revision done. Absolutely the best thing I could have done! The doctors are remarkable and care is top notch. You won't be disappointed, best of luck to you!!

I has my surgery in March if this year in Tijuana Mexico. We didn't have to bring one or even use one. I didn't see anyone who had them. I live in Alberta and I would have never even been considered for this surgery here as I had to loose less than 100lbs. I am at my goal already. I am so happy I has this surgery because it changed so many things for me and the weight is just a bonus. I am now getting ready fir my new adventure in February. I am going to Monterrey Mexico for my cosmetic surgery it get rid of all the loose skin. I can't wait for that day to come. All the best to you. I am doing better and better each day. First couple were tough, no gas pain but my sleeve was inflamed and was causing me to throw up. They gave me a shot of anti-inflamatories and things got much better.

Wasn't able to move comfortably for a little while, but now rolling over, sitting/standing is a lot less troublesome! I can even sleep on my side now my incisions look REALLY good. If I have any scars at all, they're gonna be minor for sure!
