So excited! And it is going so darn fast! Started my journey in May 2013 and now we are in November. WOW! Where did the time go???? My surgery is schedule in December.

Had my 4th visit to my NUT yesterday and I lost a pound. Could have lost more, but going through some personal stuff which shouldn't be an excuse. Something I need to learn moving forward not to stop me from doing ME!

The closer my surgery date grows the more excited and nervous I am getting. Just so ready to get it done and be a healthier me.
