Heartburn?

So I'm two weeks post surgery. I feel great except I don't know if it's acid reflux but it like this knot above stomach I don't get sick it just uncomfortable Any suggestions or am I doing something wrong

    It sounds like it's probably just heartburn. I know I dealt with that right after surgery. I came home with an rx for prilosec and am supposed to take it for 6 months (i'm 4.5 months out). I also found out the Isopure I was using in the clear liquid phase causes heartburn according to my RN, it did ease up once I was off that.
