Oct 16th surgery

Had lapband taken out and sleeve done at the same time. Then had a abdominal bleed and had to go back into sx. This was scary but I am home now and it's been slow recovery. Trying to figure out this new tummy of mine and what going to work and not?? Had my first feeling of being full at lunch with some mashed beans. Kind of scared me because I have not felt full yet and now scared I did too much! Also having hard time with drinking water! Not thirsty hate drinking but know its necessary. Any good food ideas for my protein at this stage?

Hi Vblount,

Just wondering how you are doing? I read your post and felt some kinship as I had a lap band removal then was sleeved a few months later. My sleeve surgery was 10/22/13 so we are pretty close in surgical dates.
