Hey sorry was off here for a few days...I am doing pretty good...yesterday (day 5) was my first day to get 80g protein and 8 cups of fluid. I feel full all day long and feel like I am living to drink (like an alcoholic haha) How are things going for you?? I have one more week of clear liquids but I found a concoction of a new choc protein powder w/30 g and PB2 peanut butter so I get 35g in one cup of protein shake so I can just do crystal light and water the rest of the day with 1/2 cup of jello w/protein. I am exercising now 20 mins a day I hope to do 30 today.

Good to hear from you, I was worried about you. I just got my jp drain removed.

I feel so much better. I go back to work tomorrow. Doctor said everything looks good. Down 12 lbs.

That's awesome...down 12 is good. I give it to you going back to work so soon. I could probably do most of my work but we do a lot of lifting. So I took the whole 6 weeks figured it would help me get into an exercise routine so I don't fall off so easy while at work. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHERE I AM COME SUMMER TIME!!! wow just the thought of it. It feels weird like I really didn't have the surgery but I know I did. I know crazy huh!

Soon to be how are you doing? Work is going really well. I'm at a stall right now with my weight loss, not complaining. Happy with the 14 lb loss so far. Wish you well!!!

  • 2 weeks later...

Hey!!! Sorry first my computer went down then my Internet. The phone app is not as food as the ipad. All is going well, I too am in a stall only 2 lbs lost in the last two weeks. I talked to the dietician yesterday and she said she thinks I am taking in too few calories ugh...but I don't feel like I can consume any more ugh...but I start puréed foods Wednesday (tues night lol) and she said that it should break it and I will start losing again. I am down 15 since surgery. I am glad work is going well...two more weeks and I go back. I hope to be 220 by the time I go back. Are you getting all 8 cups of water? I get 6

Prayer up to all!
