How much protein are you getting?

Just curious how much protein everyone is getting and how you are hitting those targets? I am 3.5 weeks out and on soft foods. I used to drink protein drinks at the end of the day to catch up, but they make me so sick now.

There is very little consistency , things change from day to day what works 1 day doesn't the next things can take up to 12 months to settle down. 1 was sleeved 14 weeks ago and have lost 23kg (46 ponds) good luck.....

I'm 3 mons out and really nothing bothers my sleeve. But I still need to do one sometimes two shakes or a bar a day to hit 60-80 gms of protein. I have a thread here titled "tired of protein shakes?" That has tips that might help you get your protein.

I'm good to get 10 grams a day ( 65 grams is my goal) .... I'm a few days from 3 weeks out, I can't stand anything but water or I gag, so getting that protein in is not going so well for me, and I know I have to get it in, slowly I am getting my new stomach ready for it sip at a time

I haven't had any issues with eating. I have been able to eat pretty much anything I've tried. My problem is I can only eat a portion of it. My doctor wants me to only eat 3 meals per day. It is hard to get my protein in with only that.
