I was sleeved on Monday

My hips hurt sooooo bad since I have had kids, and if I'm inactive for long periods they will just ache and ache , so the 1st 3 days they hurt and by day 4 I was in do much pain with them, I just started back walking as soon as I could ( nothing crazy .3 mile a few times a day , 2 weeks out I'm up to 4 miles) just get them moving , I'm not sure if that helps..... And another super crazy thing that happened to both me and a very good friend of mine, stopped period a few days before sleeve then less then 2 weeks latter starting it again
