HUNGRY

I just recently got my surgery (Oct.15th,2013) and now I am on stage 2 (PROTEIN SHAKES), I luckly found these GOOD TASTING Protein shakes at GNC (TOTAL LEAN). but for some reason I am still HUNGRY! and I still crave all the food that I used to eat. I am scare that I wont be able to make it... as it is VERY HARD, specially when you know that you have people around you eating "any kind of food".

What can I do ? or has anyone have had the same problem? ... Im kinda regreting getting the surgery in a way, because I feel like I wont be able to stick to it..

Another ANNOYING thing is ALL the Vitamins that I have to take for LIFE!!!!! UGH!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

hey just keep busy and try not to think about food all the time when u hungry have a drink of something

Your not really, I was sleeved the 9 th and for about 5 days my body clock was telling me to eat. It really passes I promise, being around other and food never got to me but I would be like " time to eat I'm hungry" then I would think " no silly your not" . I think it's mind over matter. I don't even think about food now, it's a wonderful thing, I never knew what power it had over me,
