  3. By the way, I've lost 65lbs ever since the surgery day (10/15/13) BUT since I was on a diet 2 months before surgery I've lost a total of 99 lbs
  4. I haven't really been taking my Vitamins and I haven't been eating much I know , I know ... It's my fault but I've been really sick and been in and out of the hospital for like 7 months I was in a coma for a month 2 months BEFORE my gastric sleeve!... I almost died

It's been almost 5 months from my surgery and so far I've lost 65 lbs I could've lost more but I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to move around (like walk or exercise) in which I will soon be taking care of with another surgery that I need. All these medical problems have me stressed out and kinda down but now that I've lost way over half of my hair I feel more depress!!! I've been taking my vitamins but I want to know what else can I take so my hair can grow back! I'm considering roggaine too

  8. I had my surgery on tuesday oct 15th (2 weeks ago) and Today I went to my first follow up, the Dr and I were both very excited because I've lost 20lbs in two weeks! I'm super excited!!!! I start my second stage food (purée) tomorrow YAY!
  9. I had my surgery last Tuesday ( oct 15th) ... I had regular food until midnight the day before surgery... My surgery was kinda like an "emergency" so I didn't have time to be on clear liquids before surgery and surgery went good! Dr. Said I wasnt a problem that I wasn't on clear

I just recently got my surgery (Oct.15th,2013) and now I am on stage 2 (PROTEIN SHAKES), I luckly found these GOOD TASTING Protein shakes at GNC (TOTAL LEAN). but for some reason I am still HUNGRY! and I still crave all the food that I used to eat. I am scare that I wont be able to make it... as it is VERY HARD, specially when you know that you have people around you eating "any kind of food". What can I do ? or has anyone have had the same problem? ... Im kinda regreting getting the surgery in a way, because I feel like I wont be able to stick to it.. Another ANNOYING thing is ALL the Vitamins that I have to take for LIFE!!!!! UGH!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
