Hi everyone I am new to this as well dde0a I am also a September sleever! Surgery date is September 18th with Kaiser Southbay Ca. My birthday is on September 29th so this is a great birthday present for me!!!!!!!! I don't have to do a 2 week liquid diet, but my Surgeon did ask that I loose 10 more lbs by the 12th of Sept when I have my last appt with the RN. So I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips on how to loose the 10lbs or more by then. I am so excited for my journey to a healthier me! dde04 Congratulations to EVERYONE of you.. Omg I so agree with all if you.. I keep hitting like on all of the replies.. I can't wait to buy sexy undergarments like Victoria's Secret.. And to just be able to shop in any damn store in the mall without saying "do they have plus size"? And I know this might sound cheesy but being that I am a costco member.. I would love to be able to buy the clothes they have for super cheap.. Especially now during the holiday season :/ Soon.. Very soon.. I can't wait

Okay so my pcp sent my referral to have my sleeve done but I'm confused as to what happens next.. I hear peeps say 12 wk options classes and some say 2 wk liquid diet.. I have failed at many programs in the past that's why he didn't send me there first he just said surgery.. Now I'm confused because I hear different things.. What happens now.. Do I have to do options after my orientation or not??

I need someone who knows about kaiser southbay harbor city.. Pcp sent referral last week.. Wondering what happens next. Pcp didn't say anything about options classes because nothing has been working in the past.. Once the referral is sent do I still need options or not?? Confused
