3weeks out only 10 lbd down

I am sort of bummed out that in 3 weeks time all I have lost is 10 pounds. I am only drinking protein shakes and soup. Any idea what the problem could be?

Your body is healing. Your pouch is swollen and you are retaining fluids. A lot of people come home from the hospital weighing more than they were were when they entered the hospital. Breathe. Keep to the plan and believe in the process. 10 lbs. is great!

Thanks I guess I just hate reading how others have lost 30 pounds or more.

I think because I was dieting before surgery I didnt have much liver left to shrink.

I'm getting 60 Protein, 700-800 cal & my waters good.

Hoping my stall will break. Havent lost since week 1 post op.

I quit loosing 1 week after surgery also. 3 weeks tomorrow and I have increased walking and riding my bike and cardio every day. Not one budge on the scale. I think I wasted 15Gs....

I can't get all 60g of protein nor 800 calories to stay down so I think my body is trying to hold on to the fat.
