I have a question how does soy milk taste? I just went and brought some for my protein mix ?

It depends on the flavor. Plain is sort of an acquired taste. Kind of like milk. You get used to it. There is also vanilla and chocolate. My kids love the chocolate variety. I usually put the plain in cereal, but since I won't be having cereal post-surgery, I probably won't be buying it very often.

I like the light vanilla if I'm just drinking It.

Personally. I love silk vanilla unsweetened almond milk. Especially for shakes it's the perfect viscosity without too many cals/carbs/sugar.
