I'm happy with my loss of 51 lbs sleeved on 8/16. I've had fluctuating last two weeks and loss has slowed . Dispute I'm feeling better and learning my body. I'm trying to ensure exercising 4 days a week min. I seem to loose more when I'm on top of my water intake! Enjoying reading everyone's experiences

I am definitely not on track for 100+ lbs in six months (how DO they do that?!?)

VSG on Aug 15 -- weight on first appointment was 283, day of surgery 271, today 241 for a total loss of 42 lbs from start to finish, from day of surgery 30 lbs.

I'm in my 60's.

Fast loser' date=' slow loser ... I guess I just never understood why it matters. It's like a marathon ...there are some people that can get it done in 2.5 hrs, most take 4.5, but they still cheer when somebody walks across the finish at 6 hrs. Just keep running, when you can't run anymore walk ... just finish.[/quote']

Hey, your doing great. I was sleeved August 13th, and have only lost 18lbs. I know better than nothing, but does tend to hurt my feelings. I weighed 236 surgery day, and today 218. I so wanted to be under 200 by this time. But didn't happen so I gotta buck up and carry on.

Down 40lbs all post op (8/19).

I think we are all doing great!!!!
