Deliver us from evil.

Today for the first time in a long time I went to church, after all I have so many things to be grateful for. My body had change in a way that I run cold all the time. I came home from church and had a cup of diet hot chocolate with soy milk, but WHY???? the devil tempted me and I had it with a mini cornbread. After having an awesome a religious experience having that mini cornbread I feel like crap. I am only 7 weeks post-op. Feeling like a looser

Track it and move on. You won't always be perfect and expecting that of yourself is only setting yourself for failure.
