I have the same problem and also have lots of gas. I want it to be over.

You will feel better once you get to the soft food and regular food stage. I asked my doctor about this and she said that when you eat baby food (meaning liquids and puree) you have baby poop. I thought it was funny, but it was true- as soon as I started eating solid foods, I then started only having a bowel movement every few days, so almost the opposite problem.

Your poop will not be the same after the surgery but it will be better. It is very normal for it to be loose in the begin months...annoying but normal.

It gets better:)

Thanks. I'm ready for real food. Does anyone know when can I eat sour and spicy foods

I read somewhere that spicy foods cause acid reflux. I've never had acid reflux until I was sleeved. I do think within months we can eat what we want just in little portions. But always check with your doc/nut first
