Ok so I have a friend who went an she showed me what she looks like now. I'm just wondering if anyone has any before and after photos without having any cosmetic surgeries? Is there anyone who didn't feel the need for skin removal or is that a must with VSG?

it is NOT a must that you have plastics after you lose your weight

you won't get arrested if you don't have cosmetic surgery

i lost 105 lbs - reaching my goal

i do have plenty of extra skin

i "lost" my rear end so the skin is just kindof hangin' around

same is true with my inner thighs and below my arms

i had a tummy tuck about 15 years ago

i "think" thats why my tummy didn't get big, rolls

i also didn't/couldn't deal with the price

"looks" like your still pre-op???

don't know for sure cuz you don't have a ticker or profile (hint, hint )

Jared the subway guy lost more than a VSG patient and faster and has no excess skin issues. A lot of it has to do with age.
