The left side pain is very normal. The surgeon has to dilate muscles to pull out the piece of stomach they removed and sometimes they put a very deep stitched into those muscles to pull them back tog

I had my sleeve done the 7th and I have a horrible time trying to drink my fluids. As soon as I swallow no matter How little it is I'm in pain. Then I'm also having a stabbing pain on my left side under my rib cage. My husband had the sleeve done July 10th and didn't have these issues... help please!!
