I know this is TMI but I'm pretty much peeing out of my *ss I have been in bed all day haven't

Ate anything just water & hot teas I feel really nauseous :(

Oh...water poo poo or pee pee dirt. Yes, I know it well. Could be!! Won't do that again, will ya?

You will live. You could have a touch of something or your tummy is reacting weird to any number of things. I could drink shakes for weeks and one day,. Same with cheese, or peanut butter or any number of things. I stayed near a bathroom for my first three months and eventually the sharting incidents lessened to never. I am still hyper aware when I eat something new, but the threat lingers.

You will be fine!
